Return Process

Domestic Returns

Check out the new Return Process! You can now initiate returns. We hope this new process is helpful to you!

Frederick's of Hollywood will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the http://www.fredericks.com store that are received back to our warehouse within 30 days from delivery date for a refund, and 60 days from delivery date for www.fredericks.com account credit. 
 
Unfortunately, returns received after 60 days from delivery date cannot be accepted.  Additionally, we do not accept returns on any sale item and all sales are final.  
 
We are glad to accept return of items in new and unworn condition with all original tags attached, accessories included, and original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you would like a prepaid return label, a fee of $5.95 will be deducted from the refund amount on your order at the time of arrival.
 
All returns must meet the following criteria: unworn, unwashed, all tags must be attached, all accessories must be included, no perfume or other scents, no human or animal hair, no rips or tears, no other signs of being worn all original packaging and hangers must be included.
