Please check the following:
1. Delivery To Warehouse: Please check that you have allowed full time for processing. This can take up to 7 business days to deliver back to the warehouse. If you have sent this back to the warehouse and it's been longer than 7 business days, please contact your carrier.
2. Warehouse Processing: it can take 7 to 14 to process the item for return
3. Refunds: Refunds can take up to another 7 to 14 business days to be fully refunded back to your account depending on the financial institution. Please note that Paypal can take up to 30 days for a refund to make it back to your account. Please check with them first prior to contacting support.
4. Store Credit: Please log into your account (even if you created an order as a guest, you will have an account) to view your store credit. Store credit can be applied at check-out.
