Please check the following:
1. Delivery To Warehouse: Please check that you have allowed the full time for your return to deliver back to our warehouse. Depending on where you live, return deliveries can take up to 7 business days to deliver back to our warehouse. If you have sent your return back to our warehouse and it is has been in transit for longer than 7 business days, then please contact your carrier.
2. Warehouse Processing: Once your return is received by our warehouse it can take up to 7 to 14 business days to process your return.
3. Refunds: Depending on your financial institution refunds can take an additional 7 to 14 business days to be fully refunded back to your account. Please note that Paypal can take up to 30 days for a refund to appear back in your account.
Please note: Once you have received email confirmation from Frederick's that your refund has been processed, the time frame at which your refund returns back to you is outside of our control. Please check with your financial institution on the time frame to which they release your refund back to your account prior to contacting Frederick's customer support.
4. Store Credit: To view your store credit please log into your account using the same email you used at checkout. Even if you checked out as a guest, you will still have an account.
To access your account:
Mobile phones: Click on the drop down menu on the top left hand side. Click 'ACCOUNT', then 'LOGIN/REGISTER'. If you checked out as a guest, click on 'FORGOT PASSWORD', and you will be prompted to enter your email address for a reset password link to be sent to your email. Check your email and follow the instructions to set a password.
Computers/Tablets: Click on 'LOGIN/REGISTER' at the top right hand corner of your screen. If you checked out as a guest, click on 'FORGOT PASSWORD', and you will be prompted to enter your email address for a reset password link to be sent to your email. Check your email and follow the instructions to set a password.
Please note, you must use the same email address you used at checkout.
Any Store Credit applied to your account will be automatically applied at check-out during your next purchase with Frederick's. Any remaining balance will be used on any following purchases. If you do not have enough store credit to complete your next purchase, then credit card or Paypal can be used for the remaining balance.
