Store credit is received when you have returned an item or items from a previous order from Frederick's of Hollywood.
To use your store credit, simply log into your account using the same email address you received the store credit to. This should be the same email address you placed your last order on.
If you do not have an account yet, click on LOGIN/REGISTER, followed by clicking on I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT YET, SIGN UP ►. Follow the instructions to register for an account, and please make sure to use the same email address you received the store credit to, this should be the same email address you placed your last order on.
To redeem your store credit, shop as normal, and add your items to the cart. Once you go to checkout you will see your available store credit already reduced from the amount left to pay in the order summary.
If you are purchasing less than your available store credit, then this amount can be used on another order from Frederick's of Hollywood. If you are purchasing more than your available store credit, then you will need to provide the difference via credit card or Paypal.
Your credit card or Paypal will only be charged for any remaining balance after the store credit is applied, and if the order total is covered by the store credit your card will not be charged.
How do I know how much store credit I have available?
On personal computers, you can see your available store credit by logging into your account. Once logged in, on the top right hand corner of your screen you will see 'Account'. Click on account and you will see displayed 'Credit $XX.XX' amount.
On mobile phones, it is not currently possible to see your available store credit until you have logged in and proceeded to the checkout.
