After you have your label, simply follow the below steps:
- Ensure all original labels and tags are still attached to the product
- Seal your package
- Affix the return label to the outside of your package
- Deliver your return to any UPS or USPS store location. Transit will typically take 3 - 10 business days in transit depending on your location
Once your order is received by our warehouse, it will be processed, and the product inspected to ensure it is in its original, unused and unworn state. If there are any discrepancies with your return, you will be contacted by our customer service team.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and refunded to your original method of payment, minus any applicable return fees. If a store credit is requested or your return is outside our return policy, your refund will be processed as a store credit.
