In the event the delivery address you provided at checkout is incorrect, we may be able to update your address before your order ships. If you notice your delivery address is incorrect please contact us immediately with the words 'Incorrect Address' in the subject line.
If you merely forgot a zip code or even apartment number, often the carrier can make changes to this. Once you receive confirmation of this item shipping, we encourage you to get in touch with the carrier who can then make said changes. Once it's been shipped, we are often unable to make any updates to the address.
If the package has been returned to sender - we will then refund your package in full minus shipping.
